Q6 rough draft
What have you learnt about the techniques from the process of constructing this product?
Looking back at the skills and my confidence with filming when producing my preliminary task I feel as if I have improved, not just with the skills in filming/ editing and how I now feel more confident in creating a media product but I feel and noticed that my knowledge within media especially within the film genre as grown I feel as if from researching, planning, filming, editing and analyzing I am more aware of the series and effort that needed when producing a media product, creating my own has made me look at films as a whole in a different way. Analyzing the different features such as Mise en scene and camera angles used in films to create certain genres and atmospheres. I have learnt that the research and case studies before when coming up and planning is vital and important as it really inspires and guides you when looking at the detail within a film. My research helped me gain knowledge within thriller conventions and what makes a thriller gripping to the audience, which was important to know before planning as it navigated possible ideas that we could use and incorporate. I have also learnt the importance and what precision is needed when filming as when first filming we came across a few difficulties which meant that our filming schedule was put back a little, resulting in tight timings.

Your response gives to little evidence and no visual examples. Level 2 (E grade) You have time to improve this because I know you can do better.
